Fred has been in the insurance industry for over 36 years. His primary focus has been property and
casualty insurances, risk management and unique employee benefits. Fred began his career in his
father’s agency after graduating from Duke University in 1974. Shortly thereafter, he became a partner
at BJ Associates in 1989. Currently, Fred serves on The Board of Director’s of the National Institute
for People With Disabilities (NIPD). His designations include Accredited Advisor of Insurance and
LUTCF. He has been guest teaching at Brigham Young University for nine years. At Precision Financial
Services, Fred assists other staff members with coordinating Insurance Plans and Employee Benefits
for clients and their companies.
Fred and his wife, Cathy, live in Madison, NJ and have 5 children and 10 grandchildren whom he would
do just about anything for. When he’s not working or spending time with his grandchildren, he is a very
active member of his church as well as, coaching and serving on various community committees.
Additionally, having played basketball at Duke University, he continues to embrace his passion to
play. Fred was born in Newark, NJ and has resided in NJ all of his life.
